POLE DANCING

Pole dancing is a full-body workout. It is resistance training and cardio in one, and flexibility is improved as well. Pole dancers perform acrobatic tricks either suspending their weight or propelling it around a metal pole. 

FITNESS TRAMPOLINE

 Trampoline exercises are a convenient and enjoyable way to boost your cardiovascular health, improve endurance, and relieve stress and tension. They can help you develop better balance, coordination, and motor skills. These exercises target your back, core, and leg muscles. You'll also work your arms, neck, and glutes. 

STEP AEROBICS (HIP HOP)

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing and strengthen your muscles.

 Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout to the fabulous tunes of gospel music. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing and strengthen your muscles. 

TIK TOK CLASS

Tik Tok Classes consist of Learning today's hot trending dances.  You will have a great time learning 30 to 45 second dance moves to the top trending music hits. (ONCE A MONTH)

LINE DANCE CLASS

Line dance is a choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows.   (ONCE A MONTH)

ZUMBA CLASS

  Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance (ONCE A MONTH)

YOGA CLASS

 A set of specific exercises, called poses, combined with specific breathing techniques and meditation principles are the building blocks of a yoga class (ONCE A MONTH)
